Emma was great regarding my issues with my stubborn little guy. She offered helpful advice on what I can do to get my little guy to use the puppy pads instead of the rug. My 15 yr old dachshund adapted pretty well to using your pad. Not 100% but pretty good for his age. I am happy not having to keep buying paper pads
