I deeply appreciated the swift response I got to my concern when I realized I’d ordered the laundry help without noticing it was to be a continuing expense! At 84 I don’t always catch all the details of an order in time! The response here was so kind and understanding! They listened to me and quickly solved my problem! As a new widow on a reduced income it means so much to me! I will see that I recommend this company to others!!!

The puppy pads really works. I have a 13 week old puppy and she uses the pad always. I am very pleased.

My product was delayed by the company that was to deliver it PuppyPad found where it was and had it reshipped ASAP if they hadn’t found it I would not have had a great product. I sent one email to them and they found the problem right away and that was awesome.
