These are the only pads I purchase. They are super absorbent and the size is perfect. Also, they offer cute designs to choose from. They withstand the washing machine as well. I will be ordering again. I highly recommend this product and the company.

I didn't sign up for a subscription or order renewal; so, why am I subjected to one? I strongly sustect fraud. You are deliberately difficult to contact. If you don't take me off automatic ordering, I will submit the charge as exactly what it is; fraud. The product took a bad problem and made it worse. It probably works fine with a single dog, especially a young one. For three senior dogs, it made an aggravation unworkable.

Thank you for the ease to cancel my recurring order given the stress from the change in my household. I will definitely come back when we are able to find the right dog for our house. Thanks again!

I am still not happy with this practice of only giving people a trial of an add-on product if it turns out to be auto-billed every two months, but the monies have now been credited back to my account. And I a happy to hear that Emma is a real person and not AI as she was terrific. Needs to be backed up by her company better. Let's hope issue is resolved and no more shipping to me as the core product itself is good. They don't need this. DECEPTIVE PRACTICES: I am coming to believe Emma is just great AI. She says the right things but nothing happens to resolve problems. I re-ordered the product (which I like) and at the time the site had asked if I also wanted to test out the detergent/spray I said sure. What I didn't realize was that I had inadvertently agreed to have my account debited over every few months for renewals of these products that in my Canadian dollars are just prohibitively expensive. 'Emma' and I have now had over 6 emails over a month where I was assured I would be credited in my account. Nothing. I was told I would be assured there would be no further orders in September and this would be confirmed. Nothing. All of my recommendations for the product itself have disappeared because of this terrible marketing practice of pretending you are adding a value-add to the order but at same time putting the customer into a renewal contract that was not well articulated. Still waiting for resolution. Emma, if you are real person, please be as wonderful as people say. If you are AI, please send this to a real live manager for resolution.
