I used this device approximately twice per week and it stopped working less than 4 weeks after I received it. I put in a new battery, but it still did not work. I have sent 3 e-mails & requested a refund or replacement (maybe I just got a bad one). They keep responding by email "try changing the battery".

I noticed the results after two months. I had dark spots on my forehead which now are gone. Not faded.. gone. Originally, I bought the device for my acné and it helped me a lot with it. The thing that still does not really convince me is the gel that comes with the device. It feels kind of sticky after a while. I have the before and after pictures and you can really see the difference. Yesterday I bought another one for my friend.

Very well packaged. Shipped to Ontario, Canada fast! The 5in1 RF Cavitation machine looks very nice. I have only used it once, but it feels like it works as it should. *Update Jan 2023 - The machine works well!
