Customer service does not respond to consumer emails in a timely fashion. Also, when they finally got around to emailing me back, several different customer service agents answered the same email. This created a frustrating situation. I chose one to respond to and am still waiting for a reply to resolve my issue.

The mask looks very good. I just began to use, since the first moment the acne is calm down less red and less inflamed. I hope to continue with the good results. I recommend it.

The delivery time was faster than expected. Great customer service . Been using the led mask for a little over 2 weeks now so can’t say much about it yet. Overall, very happy so far.

Oh my goodness! I’m so happy with Portable rechargeable galvanic device from Project E Beauty I have just received this morning after ordering directly from the company only 3 days ago. The unit comes earlier than expected make me so happy, then I tried it on my face with the bottle of collagen supplied in the package. It works as well as the experience I got when I went to the beauty salon before. Thanks so much. I really appreciate it.
