After many calls and discussions regarding my situation, Sharmaine was the one who I dealt with last however was the most professional and caring person. She was very pleasant ,kept her voice at an even tone and helped to resolve my issue. I was going to take the premium app off my phone and not use them again however after dealing with Sharmaine I changed my mind-she is a very good employee!
