Great experience. 24/7 surveillance , and great space for all vehicles. I was even able to swap my spot for the rest of my reservation for another spot. Thank you for being kind and patient with me Princess- she was a great help to enhance my experience to Nola!

I came done to Miami Florida to attend the winter classic on January 2,2026 at the loan depot park. I was advised to book parking in advance through premium parking because parking by the park was difficult. I down loaded the app for premium parking and attempted to book a parking reservation. I could find a reservation close to the park because it said they were all full. I booked a reservation through Premium Parking App at a garage that was located 2 miles away from Loan Depot Park. I called Premium Parking to see if they offered a shuttle Serice to the loan depot park. There was no answered when I called and I didn’t leave a voicemail. About 30 mins later I received a call from Kimberly from Premium Parking. I explained to her that I had called to see if they offered shuttle service from the parking garage I had reserved because the app said that all the garages near the park were full. Kimberly apologized and said that they didn’t have shuttle services. I thanked Kimberly for calling me back even though I didn’t leave a message and she only had my number from caller id. Not only did Kimberly call me back when I didn’t leave a message, she called me back a second time. Kimberly went above and beyond, extremely concerned about my parking needs, she was able to get me a parking reservation at the Loan Depot Park and cancel my other reservation. Kimberly deserves an award for her caring, helpful work ethics and her caring customer service. Sal

Mrs. Kimberly truly saved my day. I accidentally purchased the wrong parking lot time, and during my moment of madness she stepped in calmly, professionally, and with genuine care. She fixed everything quickly and even managed to get me the best deal ever. What a nice, kind, and professional lady. Starting the day with great people like Kimberly makes all the difference. Absolutely love it — customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Erik

I’m not sure if it was me that made a mistake when I was going to park but somehow I was over charged, that seen that it was a mistake and refunded the money that was spent to extend my parking pass!
