US based leader in gateless digital parking. Not to be confused with "Premium-Parking".We live at the intersection of parking and technology. We are a technology company, a parking operator, and network of parking advisors to bring it all together. We built our own custom cloud-based parking management software to run our locations—now you can use it to upgrade yours. We offer an enterprise-class agile solution that's simpler, more powerful and more affordable than the disconnected hardware and app-based offerings of the legacy parking industry giants and venture capital dorm room startups.

Cynthia was excellent. I hadn’t received an email confirming my parking reservation. She was polite and a delight to work with. She sent the confirmation and made sure I received it while we were on the phone. Thank you again Cynthia!

I called Premium Parking for help with a car that was parked in our reserved space. I spoke with Anne and explained the situation. She was very helpful in being able to contact the car owner and have them move their vehicle. She was professional, understanding and proactive in helping me. She is a terrific representative for Premium Parking!

I had an issue with payment that I was not aware of and my car was booted. spoke with DJ and it was removed in 15 minutes and also received a call back to help explain to me how I could file the dispute online and explain my situation...after the payment and boot was removed.... very helpful and caring... definitely a positive person to have as a rep in the company and want to make sure that it doesn't go unnoticed... thank you

Noel (like Christmas) got me feeling like it's Christmas time again when he helped me dispute a parking ticket I received in Seattle, which I paid by the way, the same night. Noel, my boy, was enthusiastic, down to earth, very helpful, and respectful, even though I was stressing tf out about this ticket. You're the best, Noel Like Christmas! Godbless you! No comment on premium parking. Capitalism is real. Hope you get what you deserve!
