I had a wonderful experience. Kristy was very helpful in maximizing my budget and helping me narrow down which stone was the right one based on the emerald cut I desired. Renee was extremely helpful in coordinating shipping and offered various avenues of delivery, home, office, or a local FedEx option as a signature upon delivery was required.

Thank you, Kurt, for your kind words! We are so very happy you're happy and it was a pleasure working with you.

Absolutely amazing!! I had a few hiccups along the way with my bank due to the amount but Kristy was MORE than amazing and thoughtful and reassuring, even going as far as sending a video. The communication was also unthinkable! Send an email and hearing back so quickly was a dream! Also personal phone calls! This company went above and beyond and the rings are STUNNING! Thank you!!

I received my ring from plum diamonds and it was everything I’ve ever wanted!! It was gorgeous and the customer service they provided was amazing! I received personalized emails and a hand written note from Kristy. Picking everything out on their website was easy and being able to see a picture of the diamond I selected made me feel confident in my selection. I would highly recommend using Plum Diamond for your next jewelry purchase!
