HIGHLY recommend. Five star in website, professional expertise, delivery, and even unboxing experience. Plus the price is highly competitive. You will not be disappointed with the ring quality and the entire purchase experience. You can TRUST them!👍

My experience with Plum was top notch from the start. Their website was the best I've seen for customizing the ring setting, and their selection of diamonds gave me so many options within my budget. I loved that each diamond had the certificate available for viewing so I could see a map of any inclusions and all measurements. I had a couple questions and Kristy helped me through the whole process and the level of communication was excellent. I was notified when it would ship (overnight!) and it arrived very well packaged. The ring is PERFECT and even better than I imagined. I would recommend this company to anyone who is passionate about ethically sourced custom jewelry.

Excellent service and love my ring! I also thought the price was right - I could tell that the quality is there, but the pricing was still competitive. I was curious about Plum being newer, but they’ve been around for a long time and have a store under a different name in Chicago. Recommend for lab grown rings.
