The customer service of this company is unmatched 10/10. They respond to any and all questions usually the same or next day. I even changed my mind about my ring setting selection last minute and they helped me make it right. I received my ring within 15 business days. The ring exceeded my expectations. High quality craftsmanship…GORGEOUS!!!

Purchasing a diamond wedding set online was a little scary at first. Plum Diamonds had top tier communication from start to finish, and my rings are drop dead gorgeous, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend.

The team at Plum Diamonds was incredible! Quick responses (like when I needed to change my ring size after I placed my order), great follow-up, and an amazing ring I could actually afford! I’ve already recommended them to a few of my friends who are in the market for an engagement ring.

I can't rave about Plum Diamonds enough!! I came across them in instagram and browsed their website. I opted to message them on instagram and received a reply back almost immediately. They were SO helpful picking out a diamond! I was impressed with how timely replies were and how helpful the messages were (often including links to pictures/videos of their real product for consideration and comparison). After I placed my order they even accommodated a last minute request to make my order “rush” to receive it sooner. Finally, the ring is STUNNING. The diamond is gorgeous and the setting is impeccable. My husband and I are completely thrilled with it and the service we received along the way. Hands down we’d work with Plum again and would recommend them to anyone. You will NOT regret choosing Plum!
