Every time I order from PetTags.com I always receive exactly what I ordered. The lettering on my tags for my cat is always accurate, neat, and a great price. My orders always come on time and with the e-mails I get for sales I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you for this excellent service.

its cute with cut in fase details on one side and the name, etc on the other side. I guess I didn't pay attention tho because they are quite large and dangle in the water and the food and even in the litter. They are over an inch tall and wide. Other than that (and it's probably my fault!) they are quite nice.

The quality of the tags has gone down in the last year and customer service is now very hard to reach via phone, they simply don't answer e-mails regarding customer service issues. In the past the over all quality of the tags was better and customer service was easy to reach and readily available to solve any issues very quickly. We do rescues and none get adopted out without a collar and an ID tag. And although we've been buying tags from this company for the last 25 years and were very satisfied. However, since coming under new ownership we had problems with the last three orders of stainless steel tags that arrived with extremely rough metal with visible metal burrs on most if not all of the cut edges of the metal, requiring a couple of calls to customer service for a replacement since they don't answer customer service e-mails anymore and they don't return phone messages left for customer service with their answering service. So, in spite of our happy history, we will not be ordering from this company again. The new owners have cut corners on everything except the prices. So now, the only consistent thing we've found is that the prices keep going up, while product quality has gone down and Customer Service is almost non-existent.

I'm happy with my tags. They were done quickly and completed perfect. I have tried 4 times to be removed from your email list and they keep coming, sometimes 4 a week. It's to the point where I'm about ready to never order from you again. Will you please remove me from your email list?

Ordered a tag, and after several days emailed the company asking for a time frame for arrival. Received email stating that tag was shipped on 19th and I would get it sometime that week. Never got anything. Sent 2nd email and heard nothing. Called company no less than 5 times in 3 days and got the answering service each time. Was told that they had no idea why the company had never gone off of service after lunch first day, Second day was told that no one took them off service at all that day, Third day was told that they still on service. Was planning on ordering additional tags since I had gotten a discount code with confirmation of original ordering. Not now, not ever again, with this type of service.

I ordered two pet tags. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the first tag. That tag looked extremely cheap. I waited over an additional week to receive an envelope that was all chewed up with out a tag inside. I have called their "customer service" line 5 separate times, at different times during the day, only to be told to either 1) call back between 8am-3pm central time, or 2) I will fax your phone number to the owner to have them contact you. I have never received a return call, nor a replacement tag. HORRIBLE way to run a business. I will NOT recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever order from them again. Cheap products IF they do arrive.

I love pettags.com. Never had an error, always speedy delivery and cute tags to choose from. I love the selection of both practical and ornate tags. for the last 2 years I have selected the glow in the dark fire hydrant tags and I am very, very pleased with them.
