I have purchased from here before but this last time it took almost a month to get the collars I ordered and when I emailed and called to ck on the order nobody got back to me. They ended up showing up in the mail about a week after I inquired. Overall the quality is good. The one issue I find with these is the placement of the info you want on the collar. Depending on the size of the collar you order and your dog's neck size some of the info can be covered up by the adjustable part which is frustrating. If your dog's collar size is on the low end of the range (like if they have a 14-20" collar and your dog is 15" you may have an issue but if your dog is closer to the 20" you are fine) The buckle type would probably work better and in the future I would probably look into those kind I think.

I love my dog's new collar with his name and my number printed on this collar. Anyone can read the information as it is well scripted in black thread and won't get lost as a regular metal/plastic tag might. It's quiet and I am very pleased. I ordered one for my daughter's little dog and she loves it also. The red is beautiful on my black dog and the blue is a gorgeous color, prettier than I thought it would be!

I emailed asking for a status update after I never got my order after over two weeks. No response received. Finally, my order came after almost a month after placing it. Tag was nice, but will not do business with a company with poor customer service.

I've purchased several of the pet collars with my dogs' names and my cell # on them and they're great. I still have the collars from my 2 previous dogs so they're very rugged and my dogs' name and my phone # are very easy to read in the event that I lost my dog. I highly recommend them!

The customer service is FANTASTIC The quality of the products are outstanding I love the idea of embroidered name and number on the collar. Tags always seem to get caught on something or fall off, but my contact info. is always on the collar, and easy to read.

I placed an order for three tags on Feb 23, 2015. Still haven't received the 3rd tag as of today. I've sent multiple emails with no response and everytime I call I only get the answering service. Will not use again and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered 3 tags at the same time. Each had the dog name with our address and number. 1 of the tags had misinformation. I was very upset and will not order from here again. This could have easily been corrected if minute quality checking was in place.

For the price I paid the tag should at least be legible. If my dog gets out and is found by someone they are going to have a very hard time figuring out my phone number, they will have to remove his collar and look at it closely!!!
