My Bull Terrier Rosie looks beautiful in her new red pet tags collar! My little Italian Greyhound, Kisses is so cute in her blue pet tags collar, too! Of course, our Savannah cats are very handsome in their new neon green pet tags collars!

I was given a flyer for PetTags.com when I adopted a pup from a local shelter last month, and loved that they were a local company. I placed an order for a dog tag (love the bone shape!) and was happy with the price. Then I didn't hear a peep for 10 days. No order received confirmation, no shipping confirmation...nothing. I sent a note via the comments section of the website, and still nothing. Very frustrating. I finally received the tag and and pleased with my purchase, but I value customer service above all.

The tag did not arrive in ANY type of timely manner. I ordered the tag almost 3 weeks before we were going on vacation so my dog would have a tag with the address where we would be staying. It it did not arrive before we left for our trip. It arrived in a plain white, (very cheap) letter type, envelope which had gotten ripped going through the postal machines and the tag was chewed up by the postal machines because the tag was at the very bottom of the envelope rather than taped in the center. While we were on our trip we found a vendor who made very nice metal tags in about 5 minutes and cost about 1/3 what "PETTAGS.com charged. They also did luggage tags, horse bridle tags and custom embroider collars and leashes. THey even had collars which could be engraved on the buckle. So when I got home from my trip and found the crappy plastic "PetTags.com" tag I was seriously disappointed.

I couldn't be more pleased with the tags I ordered. I prefer flat tags that rivet onto the collar as opposed to dangling tags. I was previously ordering them from a different online company but they switched their engraving to laser and it's not nearly as good. Your tags are so much thicker, but more importantly, the engraving is deeper and won't wear off in 6 months like laser engraving. Thank you for the great tags.

I love Pet Tags.com! I always go through them when I move for my kitty. I got him the embroidered collar so he doesn't need tags. The tags drag in poop and dirt, then his water. I think they're nasty, so it was good to see an alternative has become available. I love the customization and online possibilities with Pet Tags.com

Nice work and timely delivery. Shipping rates are too high for orders with multiple tags. They need to discount that part but that is my only reservation.

The rag itself was nicely done and everything was spelled correctly. However it took way too long to receive. I had emailed about my order and no one every responded. I ended up calling and was rudely told that they had mailed it out on a Friday. I received it in the mail today over a week after I was told it was mailed. Now I know the mail is slow but over a week to go standard mail from Vegas to ny? I highly doubt it. I probably won't buy from pettags again mostly because of the service.
