Have been using Pawshake for ~2yrs, great service. My sitters have been super helpful, and the app is easy to use. I’ve also had exposure to customer service for a booking cancellation, quick response time and resolution. Great service!

My cat sitter for three weeks was Elisse. She was absolutely AMAZING! She won over my 8 year old rescue rag doll, who is extremely shy and traumatized and doesn't easily trust others. Elisse had him on her lap within days. She groomed him, she loved him for me whilst I was on holidays. She sent me videos and made me feel completely at ease. She is a gem and I would only use Elisse in future. My holidays would revolve around her availability. Completely affordable, reliable, trustworthy, a magician with your fur babies. Thank you isn't enough to express my gratitude to Elisse xx

We tried „pawshake“ for the first time and we are excited how well it worked for us and our cat. It’s great to be able to choose the person who will take care of your favourite pet at your home place . We got documentation in words and pictures regularely. That helped us to enjoy our vacation without having a bad conscience. We recommend “pawshake” and our lovely cat sitter “Shima”.

Great service from local pet lovers. Much better than a kennel or pet hotel.
