When choosing a lender, it’s important to work with the best! Founded in 2001, our company has grown to become the largest retail reverse mortgage lender in America*.It’s also important to work with a lender that has credentials. One Reverse Mortgage is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and our loan program is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Companies approved by both the FHA and HUD must follow strict guidelines that help protect consumers. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA).BlogAbout UsWhere We LendContact Us

I liked that everything was explained to me. The credit counselor went over my entire budget with me. Bruce Mangrum was there to answer any questions as was Melanie.

I am very happy with the results of our ORM process. The people we worked with were awesome. Jennifer Farley was extremely helpful and encouraging when we had second thoughts. Thanks
