The mouth tape is great and I am using it every night. There is no problem breathing with it or through. Works great.

I use the mouth tape with my cpap. In the past I used chin straps but they were uncomfortable and the mouth tape is so much better.

Noctivio has been a great company to work with. They always respond to my questions quickly, and I have been really satisfied with how the mouth strips have improved my sleep and stopped snoring!

I was skeptical about using mouth tape. I had never heard of it before but I decided I would try it. I use to wake up with a dry mouth and always had a bottle of water on my nightstand to drink first thing in the morning just to be able to swallow. Since I have been using the mouth tape - no more dry mouth! None. I am so glad I tried them. Best decision ever.

This is the only mouth tape that stays on all night and is comfortable and not sticky to my skin.
