I was having trouble with Newtek's policies regarding ACH transaction limitations. Yessica quickly straightened me out and suggested the most helpful alternative approaches. She was very courteous and professional at all times.

Both Amanda and Amber in the customer service department are incredible. I’ve never had this level of care and support from any bank in my 30 year banking history. Yes, the systems need some automation and efficiency updates but if you’re looking for a bank with great rates, caring support reps, and a phone line where real humans pickup the phone without a 12-step process, this is the place to come!!

I'm 42, & this was the best transaction I've had with anything in need of financing. Daniel is the man. He was responsive, had great follow up, clear and concise with his communication, the list goes on. Can't say enough great things, but I will. His professionalism and patience with explaining items I needed help with was great, made it feel like he was on my team from start to finish. 10 stars isn't enough, thank you again Daniel!

Kai at Newtek, looked at my issue oragmatically and resolved it after multiple calls to resolve. Kai gets a 5 Star, Newtek gets a 4 Star. Everything works great once setup but it took a lot of patience before we got there with our company. There are definite advantages to Newtek vs other banks and im goong to stay with them because of that. And Kai showed me they do have quality thinkers in support vs script readers and the typical zero effort or care from other places. KAI is 5 Star. Newtek, give Kai a raise , he solved a recurring problem in minutes.
