The beds were too small for my dog and we have no way to return them. Your best offer is to refund 30% of the purchase price. Since we have no other option we have to accept this. Consequently I would not recommend your company to anyone.

Ads’ not what you get!!!
The dog bed we received was not an X-Large, more like a medium. Return policy impossible to follow and no assurance of receiving a refund. E-mails not returned in a timely period and an unreasonable delivery time. Most important advertisement for dog bed is not what you get!!!

Quality
Quality, comfort, and communication. My dog Greta loves her new bed…and when she isn’t using it…my cat Eddie sneaks in it for a long nap.

I ordered the largest bed as I have an 80lb.GSD. She seems to like it however it is not large enough for her unless she curls up in it. She also likes to stretch out and could do so on her other bed if she tries to do so on this one she hangs over the sides. I would suggest you offer an even larger size for big dogs!

My order of the dog bed never arrived (although it was fully paid for). No refund or resending offered by the company. My order number was: 79621. I contacted MyFluffyFriend customer service multiple times. The shipping number I was provided ended up being erroneous. After checking into this, the USPS indicated that I had been scammed. This company actually deserves no stars.
