My dogs seem to like the new beds but shipping was extremely slow

Our Fluffy Beds are The Best!! They are super soft, wonderfully fluffy, and very supportive….in fact, we have purchased four for different areas of the house! Our kitties love them, and we like them because they look very nice in any room. They also wash up well.

I had to wait weeks for item. First I was given a false tracking number that didn’t work because it had not been sent. Then it only arrived because I escalated a claim to Paypal. When it arrived very poor quality not worth the money , I could have got half price in various shops. Don’t use this company.

I thought the product was being dispatched from Australia - so imagine my surprise when it didn’t show up for weeks, and upon enquiry was told it was stuck at customs in china! Having said that, the dog is happy with the product.

The dog bed received was nothing like the one in the photo, very little bedding thickness, oblong shape and thin, not 1m in diameter and up to approx 300mm thick as shown in the description photograph, not worth thirty dollars, rather than the one hundred and thirty I paid, disgusting site. Won't catch me again.

nothing really went wrong, but our dog does not want to go onto her new bed. sad. we will keep on trying, but she does not like the slippery feel.
