Chicken in all the meals I've tried is dry. I won't be ordering chicken meals any more. Beef dishes are good but everything is mushed together. I like eating meat and mashed potatoes separately. The meals aren't filling. My IBS is under control with your meals.

I order the Heart Healthy meals and they are generally very tasty. I'm impressed with how well-seasoned they are without excessive sodium. My dissatisfaction is with the carrots that are rubbery and I cannot chew them. The only solution is to order meals without carrots, unfortunately.

The food is not very good although healthy. I was sent an order I didn’t order and I couldn’t stop. I did not have funds for this order Now I stuck with nasty tasting food and short on funds for gas money. I stopped the subscription.

I was excited about ModifyHealth as I have celiac disease and IBS type symptoms caused from endometriosis. I reached out to the company and was told that everything on their menu is gluten free and prepared in a gluten free facility. My order was delivered yesterday and I saw what the meals looked like. I decided to cancel because the veggie portions were so small and the meals appeared mushy. I did decide to eat the shrimp and grits last night and within a few hours I developed severe nausea, and diarrhea. Today I have joint pain and fatigue with a rash. Those are my typical symptoms after being glutened. After reading more reviews, it’s conflicting because I’ve read that another person received non gluten free meals and another person felt like the gluten free options on ModifyHealth were limited…. But I was under the impression modify health only offers gluten free? I feel like I’ve been glutened but I guess another option could be food poisoning which still isn’t great.
