Great tasting, healthy meals. Outstanding service, great variety , great prices. I have used several other services, all my discontinued services had inconsistent deliveries and many issues with food arriving warm. I have never had these issues with Modify Health; the food is delivered quickly and arrives well frozen.Absolutely amazing food service!!!!!!!

The meals were good but the portion size needs to be a little more especially for the cost of each entree.

Food is average tasting, I don’t know What to do with all the packing materials, I asked that my order be stopped for a week and it was sent anyway.

I needed Mediterranean options that were low in sodium. The American Heart Association recommended Modify and I am happy I signed up. The food is delicious and there are so many choices!!

The food is good, delivered on time and fresh. I only ask that there are new recipes every once in a while.
