Very difficult to find where to change meals - not easy to switch plans- hunted ENTIRE site just to try not to receive two “plans”… I don’t need as many meals as I thought-not very helpful info for a new customer learning curve- I’ll cancel - tried to change meals & instead, received the old ones AND the new ones I selected.

Consistenly, the green beans are not good at all. I avoid all meals with green beens, and I really like green beans. Often times cut up chicken has tendons or grissle in it. Salmon is tough and overcooked. Chicken is usually a little on the tough side. Meals are ok but nothing to brag about or look forward to. I enjoy the convenience and nutritional value, and I am not a picky eater, I just wish the meals were better in general. I was looking forward to a better experience, and a higher quality meal.

Can’t open the vacuum seal. The menu doesn’t add new dishes or change the menus

Makes it easier to follow a strict fodmap elimination diet. I'm only leaving 3 stars because the texture for most of the meals could be much better. Also, I have arthritis and the meals are nearly impossible to open. Flavor is pretty good considering it is such a restricted diet.

I’m sure this isn’t your fault but delivery was delayed a day ;they arrived in 90° heat not really cold a bit cool to the touch so I wrote to ask if I could freeze them because I usually do ; friends are telling me to toss them that they’re probably not safe. I put them in the refrigerator. I mean the ice bags were liquefied and the six meals were Sort of cool not cold

1) You can only get a delivery on a Friday, and you don't have time to see if you like what you got before having to confirm the next weeks delivery on Saturday the following day. 2) You can't rate the meals you get. Some of the meals are not good and some are decent... it would be nice to know what other people thought and how they rate the food. 3) The menu rarely ever changes. 4) They are expensive TV dinners that cost 3x what they would at the store..... and for the price you pay for them... the issues of 1-3 should be addressed.
