My Mother has used Mobile Help for…
My Mother has used Mobile Help for several years. She has dementia and has many false alarms and all of the representatives are extremely kind. She has also had a few falls and Mobile Help is always efficient in getting help to her asap and informing me. Thank you Mobile Help!

I have a wristband I use with my Mobile…
I have a wristband I use with my Mobile Help unit. The 2 "loops" which keep the band from flapping in the wind had broken. I called Mobile Help and within 5 days had a brand new band. Great response time!

Have had two alerts
Have had two alerts. Mobile Help notified deputies/ EMTs. They arrived, but in each instance it was false alert. This was due to me being too close to the base unit when testing the mobile unit. Apparently, this was a mistake on my part but also Mobile Help should adjust their units software to keep this from happening.

Tech support is great
Tech support is great, any time I have a question or need help doing anything, they are so understanding and helpful and get me through what is needed. When equipment is in need of replacement, they notify me before I'm even aware of an issue and have a replacement in transport to me.
