Ordered on 3/23. Delivered 4/13. I intended this “table decoration” to be my Easter centerpiece. Guess I didn’t read the fine print to see that it was only 4 inches!!! I am thoroughly disappointed that I spent that amount on a tiny ornament.

You only pay $28 for that size. You can choose a larger size.

All in one piece! These were well packaged, which is greatly appreciated since sometimes the boxes look like they were used as soccer balls. Beautiful and useful items. I'm excited to give these out!

Disappointed-description misleading. It was one small, flat piece of wood with image printed on it. Backside is unfinished and it sets into a little stand. Not worth what i paid for it.

Still haven't received my order.
Response from LightandFaith· Apr 3, 2026
Hello, you placed your order on March 22nd, and today is only 10 days since you placed it, and the tracking number still shows it's in transit. We have clearly stated on our website that the product takes approximately 3-5 days to manufacture and quality check, and about 14 days to ship. Therefore, your order is still within that timeframe and is not delayed as you described.

This message serves as my final demand for a full and immediate refund. It has been since February 9, and there is still no valid proof that my order was ever shipped. The tracking number provided only shows that a label was created and has never been updated, which strongly suggests that the item was never sent. Additionally, the multiple emails I have received from your company have been inconsistent and contradictory, further confirming a lack of transparency and failure to fulfill your obligations. This purchase was not inexpensive, and I will not continue to tolerate delays, excuses, or misleading information. I no longer want this order under any circumstances. If my full refund is not processed immediately, I will take further action without additional notice. This includes filing a formal dispute with my bank/credit provider, reporting this matter for fraudulent business practices, and pursuing any other remedies available to me. You are expected to confirm the refund has been issued promptly.

Hello, as we mentioned in the email, the order is large so it needs time to clear customs. UPS has received your package, but it hasn't been scanned into their system yet. This is normal and usually updates within 24-48 hours. We have also messaged you multiple times and ask for your understanding. If the order is not delivered or not scanned, we will definitely refund you. This has also been confirmed in emails multiple times.

This is a nice quality sweatshirt and the embroidery is truly spectacular. It arrived in a vacuum-packed bag and was very wrinkled. I was afraid that the wrinkles would be difficult to get out, however after a washing, it was much better. It doesn't shrink either. I don't put this in the clothes dryer and let it air dry to protect the embroidery. I bought a large and it fits just right, not too baggy. Nice selection of colors. I will order again!

I did not receive my order. I waited 5 weeks for it and then finally the tracking information said it was delivered, but I did not receive it. I requested a refund and have not yet received a response. I will not be ordering from Light & Faith again.

"I did and I eventually found the package on the side of my house. The wind had likely blown it away." Hello, your last message to us was that you found your package.
