Medium shirt runs small. Should have ordered a large.
Response from LightandFaith· Jan 19, 2026
Hello, on each product, we have images showing the shirt sizes so customers can choose the correct size. We also haven't received any email or message from you regarding this issue. If you had contacted us first, we would certainly have handled and resolved the problem for you.

the picture is really beautiful, but the colors are not very strong or vibrant. Also, the surface of the glass is quite smooth, which doesn’t fully meet my expectations. That’s why I can only give three stars.

I did it that way so there would be light shining from behind it too. Have you ever tried putting a candle or a lamp behind it?

I was surprised that it was nothing like the picture I seen in the advertisement. I was disappointed. For what I paid it was not worth it.

Received the order and it looked great but wasn’t personalized on the handle like ordered.
Response from LightandFaith· Sep 15, 2025
Hello, Thank you for your feedback on the product. As shared, the personalization is printed on the body of the cup – which is the default position – because you did not leave any notes requesting engraving on the handle. We hope you will consider adjusting your review if you feel satisfied with the product and service after being clearly explained. Your support is a great motivation for us to improve more and more. Sincerely thank you!
