Horrible experience. Contacts were on auto delivery, however, the prescription had expired. They sent the contacts anyway, four months after the prescription expired. Contacted them and was told I could send them back. But I have to pay to ship them back. Horrible.

My 90 day refill of contacts arrived just in time. What a great service this is! Lens Direct has been superb in every aspect. I highly recommend them.

It has taken longer than a week to get to me, and I still don't have them. I'm hoping the long wait is worth it, because I am definitely in need for contacts.
