I've been using LensDirect for several months now and it's always a great experience. Shipping is fast and if I have any questions or concerns I use the chat feature on the website and I always get a fast response. Just today I chatted with Claire about my order. I was nervous about my order arriving on time since I was almost out of contacts. She happily took care of it for me and they will be arriving in the next couple of days.

Beyond excellent customer service at this business. I seem to get myself in situations with my prescription info when ordering and if I email for help, it’s immediately taken care of. If I don’t email for help and there’s and issue, the team emails me or texts me to help me. Thanks to Claire for helping most recently and Lily for all of the help in the past few years. I won’t go anywhere else because of those two. -Edward
