This company has changed they way to gain consumer confidence. The products are of the highest quality and comfort. The 90 day return policy after wearing is unheard of. Koodoos to Kuru.

I received a pair of defective Kuru shoes. I get tons of emails and text messages from them daily, but I can't get them to help me with these shoes that are defective. They are very helpful and responsive (to the point of being annoying) when you are trying to buy a pair of their shoes, but ghost you when they send you something defective.

We do want to clarify that we received your first email after 8:30 p.m. last night, after our office had closed for the day. Our team had only been back in the office for about 20 minutes when we received this review, so we hadn't yet had an opportunity to respond.
