I purchased 3 filters on Amazon. The first one worked great. The second one stopped working after about a week. I contacted customer service and got a reply right away and has promised a replacement. The third one has been working fine so far.

Does the job. Easy to use. Ran into an issue after almost a year of purchasing the filters and customer service was so helpful. Would absolutely purchase again.

I had some problems with at least 2 recent orders of water pitcher filters not draining/filling properly. Multiple filters had to be replaced more frequently than they should and these are not inexpensive. The customer service representative, Aurora, has been exceptional in providing high quality assistance and resolution. I provided photo, codes and order information and they offered to send me another shipment free of charge which was very much appreciated. This company obviously values their customers and goes the distance to reconcile any issues that may crop-up. Thank you, Aurora and Team!

I have the IcePure 5-in-1 water dispenser which is a great unit. Delivers hot water, cold water, room temp water and plenty of ice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their documentation isn't great for setup and troubleshooting. But customer service (I recently emailed with Iris who was very helpful) solves issues pretty quickly so no real complaint.

Put in the wrong shipping information and they contacted me to correct it. Received the filters quickly. Will buy again.
