This company's customer service and business practices are HORRID. Avoid them at all cost. I signed up for a membership in 2019 for $99 and was just unknowingly charged a renewal fee for $599! I never once agreed to that price nor was I provided with any updates, whether by email or on my membership profile, that the cost of this membership would increase to $599. I called to demand a refund and was completely refused one. What horrible customer service to provide during a pandemic, when many of us are struggling just to get by! You cannot find any information about your membership anywhere on your HomeSnap account/profile. Their website even refuses to allow you to remove your CC or Debit card information. This is a SCAM. Nothing positive has come from this membership.

We cancelled our Homesnap Pro+ account last year and just got charged $600 again. After a long phone call with customer service last year that went no where, we were at least assured we wouldn’t be billed this year. But sure enough, another $600 charge this year on a product I haven’t used in over 18 months. Any good company would make this right with customers but they refused. There was no 30 day e-mail prior to the new charge after careful review of my inbox and spam. Ultimately they don’t actually care about the agents that are using their service - I can’t encourage you enough to stay far away. Will edit this later if they reach out to make this right.

Terrible lies to get you to try it out then they won't let you out of the auto renewal program. They tell you they will not auto renew...lie...they tell you you will receive 30 days notice when its coming due again...lie...they are scammers...dont waste your time or money here!! Horrible people. No results during 2 years of use. Total waste.

Stay away from HOMESNAP Pro. Complete waste of money. You pay $600 for the year and they just email you daily to buy their ads. They do not even believe in their product as they steal your money and refuse to cancel your membership or refund you for the coming year. Zero value. Horrible customer service. I wish I never wasted my money.

Called on a Friday night after typical working hours due to an inability to log in as an agent and a very friendly tech support person was able to resolve my issue within a few minutes.
