I was not able to get into my account and had to reach out to customer service. They were very quick to help and were able to get me back into my account in no time!

Scammers kept charging my card after I used them for one property. The customer service rep Johanna Jordan by name said they may give me a credit but not refund

When I signed up for Homesnap Concierge, I was told I would receive 8-9 "Hot Leads" a month. During my subscription, the only "Hot Leads" I received were people who were looking for properties over an hour away from the areas I service. Then, when I called to complain, I was basically chastised for signing up for a non-refundable subscription. Do not give them a single dollar!

I never subscribed to their service and yet they keep sending me spam. Unubscribed from the email link multiple times. No effect. No response to direct messages to support either.

My Google Business profile, along with all of its contents, was deleted this week after I inquired about a promotion. I decided not to renew my pro+ subscription 3 months ago. Before inquiring about the promotion they had already stopped posting on my behalf, 3 months ago, so I assumed everything was okay. I was told that it was up in error so they removed it. Now, I have to verify my business profile by mail and start over. I also keep getting emails to subscribe, as a new user, for $99. even after I unsubscribed from emails & I don't even qualify as a new user. Looking back, after I cancelled they still tried to debit my card for $599. multiple times, thankfully my card was expired. I cant explain why they tried to charge me so many times. At the end of the day, signing up pretty much puts any effort on your part in building a reputation and contributing content to your google business profile in jeopardy. In my opinion, handing over that much power and control is not good & for those reasons I do not recommend the plus upgrade. ::::::::UPDATE:::::::: This week (after cancelling 3 months ago) Homesnap pro+ shared my profile with me then I was able to remove them from admin. Not sure why this is something that isnt immediately done when a subscription is cancelled. Why wait so long after being prompted by me, with multiple emails back & fourth? I however still have to verify my google business profile by mail as I started the process before the account was shared. I still do not recommend as there appears to be no definitive policy or procedures followed. (It seems like there are 2 steps for a customer to successfully cancel Pro-Plus. First, about a week before renewal, report your card lost/stolen or block them from the cards end. Second, proactively reach out to make sure your google business profile is transferred to you. Disappointed to say, neither issues are isolated errors.)

Hi Evette, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. We do try to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible and apologize if there was any delay in taking Homesnap off of your Google My Business profile. As a note, Homesnap does not take full ownership of an agent's Google profile. We actually take on the role Co-Owner with the agents maintaining ownership, and every Pro+ user has the ability to go into their account at any time. In regards to membership cancellation, we disclose the subscription at the point of sale and send an email 30 days in advance notifying members of their upcoming renewal. If a Pro+ user wishes to terminate their subscription, all they need to do is reach out to our support team prior to renewal and cancel their account.

I’m sorry, but this company is so awful that I’m going to keep posting about it to make sure others know what they’re getting into so they don’t fall into the same trap. Look below at how many people have been charged either without notice or after canceling. It would be one thing if it were a minor charge, but $600 means a lot to people especially during this pandemic. It is unprofessional, disgusting, heartbreaking, and possibly even criminal what you’re doing. Make things right and then maybe you’ll have a chance at patching up your reputation.
