I had an issue with my brokerage being wrong on homesnap…
I had an issue and I message Homesnap and they fixed the problem right away and sent me an email saying the issue was resolved. I mean fast, efficient and just amazing customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. I was high pressured into trying this app ..they promised me the moon and the stars ... they came through with NOTHING. I was also PROMISED over and over I could cancel anytime and there would UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES be an automatic renewal. I was paying for one year upfront with NO AUTO RENEWAL, THIS WAS MY CONDITION WHEN SIGNING UP ... NO AUTO RENEWAL ... THEY PROMISED. I hear nothing from this company all year long, not phone call to see how I like the app or how they could help me get more out of it. THEN during a world wide pandemic, while I'm homeschooling my two young daughters and have not received a paycheck for over 5 consecutive months, they charge my CC 600.00 and put me over my credit limit! When I contacted them to remind them they promised me I could cancel anytime and that there would be no auto renewal and I did not want to renew, please refund my money and cancel my PRO subscription, I can not afford this at this time and it is hurting my family. They refuse to let me terminate and are forcing me to "renew" They have stolen 600.00 from me that I don't even have and only now that I have complained are they calling me to try to SELL ME on the fact they stole 600.00 from me. Really? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! DISHONEST THIEVES SELLING SNAKE OIL & STEALING FROM THOSE EFFECTED BY THE PANDEMIC. BUYER BEWARE!!! PROTECT YOUR WALLET, STAY AWAY!!

Account Maintenance Support Was Good
I switched brokerages and was having a hard time updating my email. After reaching customer support we were able to resolve my issues.
