GoodRx does not deliver as promised
So every time at the same pharmacy with the same prescription, the price is different. This past month the change was a factor of two or 100 pct. The problem is that GoodRx does not list a unique price, but at least two prices: one in their app and the other over email to you or the phone. This is with GoodRx Gold which you pay monthly for. Customer service has no coherent explanation. Time to switch soon to one of their competitors.

Nothing has gone smoothly with my…
Nothing has gone smoothly with my refills. I received the initial delivery. But each time after that has required multiple phone calls to get a refill. During my most recent interaction I was told there was an issue with the system and that the best that could be done was to transfer the prescription to a local pharmacy…..which negates the convenience of home delivery. I have asked that my prescription be cancelled.

Like the product
Like the product, don’t like how they continue to raise the monthly price while globally the price continues to go down.
