These phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing). If you need a phone that better fits your needs, we offer low-cost upgrade options. As an alternative, you can also bring your own device (BYOD). Call 611 for more info on your upgrade options.

I received my phone and it doesn't hold a charge. I charge it and the battery died less than 2 hours please send me a new one that holds a charge

Service is great I just wish I had more Internet when I'm not home. Cause I otherwise use the wifi.

If you need more data when you're on the go, you can easily upgrade to a plan with a higher limit for as low as $10 a month. If you are a prepaid customer, you can also change your plan at any time.
