They are a bunch of crooks and offer free phones to poor people and take advantage of them. We are creating a group of people and we will be going to places where they try to sign up people and protesting against them as liars and disrespectful people.

A representative of Genmobile, ask if I wanted a government phone, and I qualify. But I had to pay$110.00 dollars for an SE Apple phone, which I pay. The number that they gave me could not be used because it belong to someone. I call Genmobile and they gave me another number, it kept happening. So I call Genmobile and ask if I could bring a phone number from Metro and they said yes. All I needed was to buy a SIM card that cost me $20.00. I did every thing they ask for. I call them and every time I told them the phone number they gave me,they kept hanging up the phone. 15 TIMES I call 15 Times and they keep hanging up. They scammed me for $ 130.00 dollars.

STAY AWAY FROM GEN MOBILE. this just happpened about last weekend by the way. i was shopping for bleach at dollar general and as i was going inside, two people came up to me and asked if i was interested in free phones. of course, i said yes cause why not? they took me to their stand and they asked if i had EBT, SS, SSID. they scanned my ID and it turned out i was eligible for a bundle. (i didnt WANT a bundle but it was like they were trying to manipulate me into getting one, and what made matters worse was the fact that my young grand daughter was right there next to us, and they used her as some sort of excuse to get the bundle) i agreed to getting the bundle cause i was of course eligible for it. they told me i had to pay a 80 DOLLAR FIRST TIME FEE. i was about to do it, but told them i needed to see if i had enough funds for cashback. but while they thought i was checking for funds, i came here and seen the several bad reviews about it, so i told them i changed my mind and left. alot of people offer free phones where i am, and i usually miss the opportunity, so i thought i was lucky this time but i realized that they came up to me instead of all the other people because they most likely thought that i would´ve been easier to scam. IF YOU SEE A RED TABLE OFFERING PHONES IN A PUBLIC PLACE, PLEASE AVOID IT!! (and at one point, i almost accidentally left without my ID and the employee that took my ID and scanned it was just gonna let me leave ID without saying anything while he still had it in his hand)

I don’t very often write bad reviews, but my experience was so bad that I had to say something. I ordered a SIM card, and paid extra shipping because I needed it fast. They took my payment, but never sent the card. I emailed several times, used their online chat, and called, but never got any response. It’s been over a month since I paid for fast shipping, they have my money, and refuse to answer any questions or send the SIM card. Stay away from Genmobile!!

I brought my own phone and got a sim card only. It has worked perfectly since I got it a month ago. AND, Gen Mobile was the only company that had a sim card compatable with my phone. All others could do just phone, or just internet or nothing. My sim does both phone and internet. So many bad reviews here. Not sure why. Maybe if people got decent phones their sim card would work.

The phone just stop working dont know what happen. I need a relible phone not no BS phone.Thats a goverment phone for you worth a SH--

This Company is a complete Scam and a Waste of time. Their Government Program offers Unlimited Talk and Text but Data is 5Gigs after that you’re screwed. Why would I choose this company when virtually every other provide offers Unlimited Everything? They have the worst Phones hands down, with the Summit being their most recent… My issue though comes in the fact that I was signed up for the EBB/ACP Service by an “Enrollment Agent” In had to Pay $40 for a tablet (Only works on WiFi, Despite it having a SIM Slot) and an Additional $10 for the “Smartphone”…. Here comes 2 Weeks later My phone was cut off, Tablet Locked, Completely cut off from my Family and Friends. When I reached out to Customer Care they stated that I had requested new service (HINT: I did not) and gave me a number to call which was just a Voicemail. TAKE IT FROM THIS 63 YEAR OLD, STAY FAR AWAY FEOM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PREDITORY ENROLLMENT AGENTS.

I really want to give it zero stars the worst phone service and phone ever had it for ten minutes total waste of time and money don't do it
