They need to give the option of picking your free phone and they should give more data with your lifeline plan

My phone was stolen and the thief still has it because the only way customer service could supposedly access my account it with a four digit pen that I never created.

I have tried many other free government phone programs, and Gen Mobile is by far the very BEST out of all the other ones!!!! I know I will stay with Gen Mobile
