I love their men vitamins. The ingredients are clean and I love the texture and taste of them. I also love the night time reset bottle.

I love their magnesium gummies for both adults and kids. My son is really hyper and it’s one of the only things that gets him to mellow out before bed time. I feel great taking them. Clean products.

The Teen vitamin gummies were good, overpriced, but worked well. The First Day subscription plan is a scam. DO NOT DO IT. When you try to cancel and feel like you have canceled, they will continue to charge your card and send you the order. When you reach out - they will say that they “sent you an email to confirm the cancellation” which I never received and have read the same with other reviewers. I cancelled my subscription in May and they continued to charge my card and send another order in July. Even though the package is still in its unopened shipping package, First Day refuses to allow me to send it back and refuses to refund me on the order that was shipped after I cancelled. The lack of integrity and shady side of the subscription makes their decent vitamins not worth it. Save your money and time. I would not recommend this company.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We never want subscription concerns to feel confusing, and we’d like to review this further. Please reach out through our Contact Us page with your order details so our team can look into this and help with next steps.

I am obsessed with these! My nephew uses the Toddlers' line and my sister turned my on to the Womens' brain support and the Pre/Probiotic one. I use the Magnesium instead of my usual melatonin now too and feel so much better in the mornings. Huge fan of these. Also I'm way better at actually eating them since they taste delicious so I never forget to take them haha

What a fun family First Day story! We’re so glad your nephew, sister, and your own routine all found a fit. Love that the taste makes it easy to stay consistent too. Thanks for being such a huge part of our community!

I have never been a great sleeper, so I am always open to trying new supplements that may help. I tried the First Day Magnesium and after a few nights, could really tell a difference for the better! The formula helps me relax and actually feel like I can wind down. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to try something that isn't melatonin based for restful sleep!

Thank you for sharing this! We’re so glad Magnesium has helped you feel more relaxed and able to wind down at night. It means a lot that you’d recommend it to others looking for a melatonin-free option!

My daughter asks for her gummies daily. Gives me peace of mind that they’re such a great product and not full or garbage

I have literally been trying to cancel my subscription for months. I’ve reached out to customer service, tried to figure it out myself multiple times, and still keep receiving product I don’t want and can’t use. My son has level 3 non speaking autism, and of the difficulties I have in my day, this subscription shouldn’t be one of them. Apologies for my passion but it just shouldn’t be this hard.
