I have always loved the first day vitamins, until this last order. The formula seemed different, something in the texture had changed. So sticky and gummy. Very different than my last orders. Not sure I'll be continuing.

Updated default address, removed old addresses twice…changes did not stick even though they showed on my account as confirmed and set. Order sent to wrong address twice. Will have to keep checking account to make sure address stays.

I’ve been happy with First Day’s products, but I was disappointed to find extra bottles added to my order that I didn’t intend to purchase. The ordering process felt confusing and not very transparent. I wish the checkout process were clearer so customers can confidently order exactly what they want without unexpected extras.

The ads boast about how it helps curve a teen’s hunger and help with their mood. Where they taste great, they do not help in those areas.

These vitamins are extremely expensive and your subscription communications stink. No reminders of upcoming refills, no option to delay or skip. As soon as I find a more affordable product, I’m canceling.
