I was a little concerned when I ordered my Famiprint and I never received a confirmation number (and I did check my spam account) to track my order. However on day one my card was charged so I was able to get a number from my CC number. I sent several emails through their contactis portal but all you get is standard boiler plate response offering to look into the concern(s). I did receive my order (delivered to a friend) but the quality is so poor I was embarrassed when my friend (who I bought it for) sent me a picture. Again, I've try to contact Famiprint throw their contact us portal and again I got an automated response. I have asked Famiprint to reprint and re send my print as they promised a quality product. I will update this site if Famiprint follows up and delivers what I purchased. Added Apri 5th, 2023 Sophia Linda, Per your request I've attached a copy of the print I'm dissatisfied with. As you can clearly see the the first letter of each sentence is bright and clear while the remaining sentence is blurred. The other complaint I have is the white lines running threw the center of the print. I was a VP in the sign and graphic business for 25 years, and I would have never have sent this product to a client. Again, I'm requesting you reprint, check for quality, and re send the print to the 93 old man who meant so much to me over the past four decades. He deserve a quality famiprint. Regards, Steve Duffie On April 14th my friend received a quality print and my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Sophia Linda from Famiprint got involved and the communication between Famiprint and I was greatly improved.
