Purchased an item for wedding present. It was nice and the packaging was great! It arrived in a timely manor. However, i didnt get a notification that it was ready to ship, nor did I receive anything about double checking the product to make sure everything was correct, etc. Also, maybe including a way to hang it on the wall would be helpful.

Unfortunately, the anniversary gift I sent wasn’t received. I was surprised that they had not acknowledged receiving it so a month later I asked and she said that they had received someone else’s and they had no idea who they were. The bad news is the order got mixed up. The good news is that the company is making good on it and re-printing everything.

Thank you so much for your review and for giving us the opportunity to make things right. We're very sorry again for the mix-up with your original order. We checked and saw that your replacement was successfully delivered on August 1st, and we sincerely hope it arrived safely and met your expectations. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the process. We truly appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Outstanding product. My wife loved it. Customer service was accessed due to shipping difficulties but responded and resolved my issue. Overall a great product and experience.

The style of the picture is beautiful. I would have given a 5 but above the picture where it's shaded black seems to have been over-stretched causing it to lighten. And side corner was a little damaged.

Absolutely beautiful. The only thing bad thing, it was dented in a few spots. But you can't really tell once I hung it up. I am very pleased with it.

The product looked great and came as advertised. My wife loved it. Confusion about the delivery date and receiving emails out of sequence was the reason I gave it four stars instead of five.
