Paid extra to get sooner still received it late, after my anniversary. Such a disappointment that was never acknowledged. No name of the band on it. It looks ok, not great. Tried to work with support they were unresponsive. Wouldn’t order here again.

Purchased an item for wedding present. It was nice and the packaging was great! It arrived in a timely manor. However, i didnt get a notification that it was ready to ship, nor did I receive anything about double checking the product to make sure everything was correct, etc. Also, maybe including a way to hang it on the wall would be helpful.

They sent me a proof before printing and I was able to request small edits to get the print exactly how I envisioned. Shipment was prompt after design was confirmed. Very good experience!
