I’m being asked too often for a review of a product I have yet to receive. The shipment tracking info reflects ‘order ready’ on 1/28 and jo further info. Where’s my print? I have an anniversary approaching rapidly now. 🥺
Response from FamiPrints· Feb 6, 2024
Hi Oren, We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience it may cause. We checked your order with our carrier and the item still has been in transit. During this peak time, our carrier has to handle a large number of packages and there might be an unexpected delay throughout the shipping process. We hope you can be patient in this matter. We tried to work with our carrier to push the package so it could arrive as soon as possible. If you still have not received your order by the end of this week, please contact our Customer Service for further action.

It was easy to order and was received in a timely manner. I was a little disappointed with the picture when it arrived. The picture was too dark and was much darker than what I submitted.
Response from FamiPrints· Feb 6, 2024
Hi Denise, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are glad that our website makes it easy for you to order and the package was delivered on time. We also understand your disappointment and would like to offer prompt support in this matter. Could you please send us photos of the item you received so our team can locate the issue? We will try our best to make it right and satisfy you. Thank you for your understanding.
