Came into the Odessa Texas store two weeks ago and ordered glasses for myself; my daughter, and my wife. Received text messages yesterday telling me all three are ready for pickup. Come in today to pick them up only to find out they never made my lenses. Tried giving me glasses with the fake lenses.

Reader vision on glasses is wrong! Every time I come to your establishment you can never get the prescription correct.

I had prism glasses made in January and found out they were made wrong at the Waco store. I thought it was my eyes so I had to wait to see my specialist again, who discovered the mistake. Drove 40 miles, took off work, and was there at 9am. Seven people in line with two employees. The lady who helped me was rude, and would not explain how the prisms were not detected in the glasses. I received a call from work needing my help with an issue and I asked her to give me a minute and she kept interrupting me and became annoyed. She said she had other customers she had to help and I was not a priority. I told her I had been 3 months without seeing and she snapped back that I could have come back sooner. I stated that she did not know my schedule or life’s circumstances and she repeated herself again. She rudely handed me my paperwork and told me the new glasses would be ready in 2 hours. I have been using this store for years and have always given great reviews.

I received my eye exam here. I took advantage of the great offer in store for the 2 pair progressives. When I returned for my glasses withing 33 minutes of being done, they were a bit strong and I figured I would have some adjusting. But things got worse. So I took them back in. The young man who helped, took them and bent the frames and measured the progressive markings and said to try those and I should be set. Once again I went home and tried to adjust but things just did not work. I could not see close up and the computer I look at all day was nothing but blurry. So I returned. This time I was a bit heated as I never had issues before. I was met by a lovely lady who took the time to explain the problem, meet with the eye doctor in regards to my prescription and focus on what I could see and what I couldn't see. So a one star became a five star because of Karen. I promised her I would give her a great rating because SHE took the time to listen and make the world something to see. Thank you!

I always order glasses from Eyemart express because they’re cheaper than going into the store and I do get them in a significant amount of time and I like the price
