terrible service they advertise 2 pair for $79 in reality all you get is eye exan. They advertise BOGO cheap glasses were $129 whwn they got done adding everything you need it was $630 and at least 2 weeks waiting time. did not live up to advertised info.

I ordered eyeglasses as a replacement for my daughter's glasses that broke so that she could see as we go on our vacation. I was under the impression that they would arrive by the next day to my home so that she could have them before we leave as the site kept expressing next day. When I reached out to customer service it was more like up to 10 days. This defeated the purpose of why I ordered from this company in the first place, speed of product receipt.

I had an unexpected emergency with my contacts and desperately needed a pair of glasses right away. The team at 5775 Airport Blvd Ste 400, Austin, TX 78752 truly went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with due to the stress of the situation. James from customer service was incredibly patient, professional, and understanding. Thanks to their outstanding service, I had a brand-new pair of glasses in just an hour! I can’t thank them enough for their efficiency, kindness, and dedication to helping customers in urgent situations.
