Great product for price, fast delivery, good custumer service. The only down side, the start up instructions were not clear in provided manuel. After reaching out, customer service provided a step by step procedure. Custumer service followed up with updated instructions.

When my throttle broke, Zhou not only helped me get my throttle, but also refunded me a portion of the price when I accidentally overcharged.

Looked promising a first but after two months the frame started cracking near the battery. They refused to honor the warranty. Complete disappointment.

I ride a V100 and the thing is a tank. Reliable and it’s got some power also. The fame is good quality I found out after being tagged by a car and only a bent crank was the total damage. However after sitting on the phone, being asked every 20 seconds to press two if I wanna continue waiting to talk to someone, I finally did. I have been able to ride for two day and after my wait, I was told support will reach out within two days. It’s Friday now and customer service isn’t available during the weekend sadly. The person seemed very dismissive and wanted to get right to point. Which I can respect but it seemed like the only point she wanted to get to was I have to wait to talk to someone about the damage. They can’t just take my word and let me pay for the light and crank…? Sadly this is my third e-bike and their customer service is subpar. Bike 9/10 support 2/10. They at least answered. Only positive from that side..

The nice things about reviews is that it gives the consumer the opportunity to address the Good, The Bat and the Ugly about a product and the quality of the companies support team. I ordered 2 Eskute T300 PRO Trikes. After completing assembling them, I could not get either one to work. Oh yes. To say the least, initially, both my wife and I were very disappointed. At this point our only realistic option was to call customer support. Most people, including me, dread contacting customer support. Far too often, it turns out to be a hassle. Out of pure necessity, I bit the bullet and contacted Eskute Customer Support. I was totally surprised at how rewording this turned out. Jade, the Customer Service Agent that handled my situation was very knowledgeable, Forthcoming and intuitive. Initially, the only information I provided Jade was that I purchased 2 Trikes and neither one of them works. So, Jade prodded me for additional information. After I provided the requested information, It was found to be a lack of Operator Knowledge. There was virtually nothing wrong with the Trikes. I failed to understand how to turn on and engage the Peddle Assist Apparatuses. Thank you Jade for your kindness and for providing me with the information I needed to ride my trikes.
