This is a 2 part review - I’ve kept it all here in case anyone else has a similar experience with FedEx! On June 28th we ordered a bike for our 11-year-old as a surprise so he could use it this summer. Bike was supposed to be delivered on July 6th via FedEx Ground (they are also the worst), never arrived and is now declared lost. I finally was able to speak with customer service yesterday and was told that they would be reaching out to FedEx. This morning I received an e-mail stating that in order to get refund or a new bike I could fill out an insurance form. Meaning I get to now spend more time tracking down a bike or trying to get my money back. It should not be this difficult. UPDATE After I posted this review and complained to the company they followed up and offered to ship us a new bike. We received it last night and put it together and so far it’s been great, our son is thrilled. Assembly was not too difficult and did not take too long. I hated having to complain in order to get the product, but I appreciate that they did make things right in the end.

Thank you to Mark for taking care of my tire issue with experience and dedication to excellence. I appreciate him for being there when I needed help. The entire service time was also great!
