Mark was very helpful. I received my trike and the rear axle was bent from inside, wheel wobbled and bike was not drivable. Mark assured me they would make it right. I was given a new bike at no additional cost. Received my new trike and enjoying it. Great customer support.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I spent nearly $2,500 on an Eskute RTX, and it has fewer than 150 miles on it. The bike has already completely failed and will not power on, leaving me with an expensive bike that I can’t ride. Customer support took five days to respond. Their solution was to ship me a replacement display, but it won’t arrive for another two weeks. That means I’m without a functioning bike for weeks while troubleshooting what should never have happened in the first place. An e-bike in this price range should not experience a complete electrical failure after fewer than 150 miles. I expected a reliable product and responsive warranty support. Instead, I have a $2,500 bike that’s unusable. A week later Eskute agreed in writing to provide a full refund and instructed me to return the bicycle battery using their return label. I followed their instructions, and tracking confirms the battery was delivered to their warehouse on August 7, 2026. Eskute specifically stated that once the return showed as delivered, they would process my refund immediately. The battery had been delivered, but I did not receive the promised refund and they would no longer respond to my communications. I sent over 5 emails, submitted forms, talked to their disgrace of an AI bot, and tried calling there support number which does not even allow you to leave a message. I had fulfilled all requirements the seller provided for the agreed refund and was forced to escalate the case with Paypal. They approved my case in less than 12 hours and issued a full refund. Like clock work then I received an email from Eskute saying they processed the refund which they 💯 did not and had no choice in the matter. Finally, they had the audacity to ask me if I could change this review from a 1 star. Seriously cannot make this up!! Buyers beware this company is an absolute disgrace for how they conduct business. I hope this helps steer even one customer away from purchasing any of their products. No one deserves to go through with this nonsense!
Response from Eskute US· Jul 28, 2026
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. We have already arranged a replacement display for you, and based on our diagnosis, we expect this replacement to resolve the power issue. We understand being without your bike while waiting for the part is disappointing. To make up for the delay caused by our response time, we are also happy to extend your warranty and return period, ensuring that you have sufficient time to install and test the replacement part after it arrives. Please don't worry—we will continue to support you until your bike is working properly. If the replacement does not resolve the issue, we will continue to work with you to provide the appropriate solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are committed to making this right. Best regards, ESKUTE Support Team

The trike is fantastic but I ran into some issues out of the box that were rectified to my satisfaction. Mark was responsive and addressed all of my concerns.

Customer Service was amazing! They helped me get a new rotor disc, and the bike runs amazingly. Super excited to commute to work on it.
