My experience today with Dutch, and Dr. Jenkins was amazing. Dr Jenkins was on time , professional, courteous. Excellent treatment plan a highly recommend Dutch.!

The overall convenience of this service is undeniable. I joined 7/24, and had an appointment 8:40 am on 7/25. The vet was friendly and competent and addressed my concerns in plain terms that were easy to understand. A treatment plan for my dog was created and a link sent by text to me shortly after my consult. Included was a link directly to the Dutch Pets store with my exact medications already set up for me to purchase. I comparison shopped the meds with Pet Rx and Chewy. The simparica trio was cheaper on Dutch (plus there was a discount code) and the other med was $3 more. The time I saved using this service was amazing. I'll recommend to friends and family.

Got an appointment very quickly, the vet was on time, informative, answered all my questions. I recommend Dutch to anyone who needs more prompt help with pain or anxiety management for their pet, at an affordable price.

Super easy and inexpensive! No hidden charges or anything! The vet was really nice, too, and the whole process was fast. There was one low fee for the year, so i was worried I'd get charged for the vet seperately, but no. If all you need is a prescription or something, definitely do this. They have no incentive to sell you extra tests you can't afford. And none of the stress of taking your animal to an actual vet.

Dr Johnston was very kind and helpful. I was able to get what I needed for my pet and really appreciate how easily I was able to get an appointment and have my questions answered. I plan to renew my Dutch plan again next year.

I’m surprised these reviews were so high I feel bamboozled! :-/ My dog has an ear infection and I couldn’t get him in fast enough with a local vet unless I did an emergency visit. So I heard about Dutch from Tucker Carlson lol Seemed like a good idea except the medication they prescribed is going to take a week to receive:( My dogs ear infection is pretty bad so a week is a big wait, to rush ship to get in 3 days would cost extra $25. They also add a “pharmacy processing fee of $7 just for prescription for the medication?? That’s lame. 😒 I should have just went to my local vet. Also the meds super expensive, and you can’t get it on chewy because they don’t provide the rx.

On medications, we offer rush shipping (1-2 days), priority shipping (2-3 days), and free standard shipping (4-7 days), as well as the option to transfer to a local or another online pharmacy, typically completed within 1-3 days. We also offer price matching if you find a lower price at another US-based pharmacy. Looking at your order, it was placed with free standard shipping on 7/25/26 and delivered on 7/31/26. Please note Dutch isn't meant to replace emergency services, if your dog needs immediate care, we always encourage going in person. We hope his ear infection is clearing up.
