My pet is 15 years old. I have treated her for all the issues I called about except her diarrhea was worse and I needed to know if they could do anything to help me. The AI got it in its head that she needed to go to ER immediately. I could not get past AI I could not reason with AI screw Dutch and what they think is their AI. AI is not a vet. But maybe that’s the way a vet at Dutch. Vets name at Dutch is. AI don’t call her. She is stupid.

Thank you for sharing this, and we're truly sorry for the frustration you ran into. That's not the experience we want for you or your senior pup. Please know that our vets are real, licensed veterinarians who are here to help you and your pet. We've since corrected our initial customer service AI response so this won't happen again. For any medical-related questions, we highly recommend messaging your vet directly by logging into your account and selecting "Message a Vet," and they'll be glad to help with her diarrhea.

Easiest way to get pet prescriptions without having to take off work to actually go to the vet. The yearly fee is the same as one office visit at the vet. I love Dutch!

Having Dutch gives me confidence that my animal friends have 24/7 access to a qualified veterinarian that you can directly communicate with and realtime video your pet so it gets the attention it needs. Thankfully only had to use it a few times but each experience felt really personal and the results were great.
